The Home Workouts will be mainly body weight exercises tailored to each client. Clients also can use kettlebells and resistant bands.
Online 12 week plans will be tailored for each client based on there goals and will be adapted every 4 weeks over the training period.
The client pay three payments over the 12 weeks.
£100 per month clients by tranfer.
Personalised training programme for 4 to 12 weeks. It can be extended on your progress for ongoing training.
