I've been into fitness from a young age , l started training using my dad's dumbbells. I use to buy flex magazines and read up on workouts and nutrition. Eventually l had a multi gym that my dad never used so I'd use that.
After high school I didn't really train that much but I gave advise to people who did. I went back training in my early 20's on and off. At the age of 41 I became a qualified level 2 and 3 reps personal trainer as its a passion of mine.
I want help build peoples confidence and help beginners make there first step into there journey. I want help people especially with illnesses like diabetes as its increasing each year, 1 in 11 people are diagnosed with diabetes and will increase each year with obesity and a bad diet.
Since I was 12 I have epilepsy which has been tough but I don't let it hinder me.
I become a type 1 diabetic when l was in my early 30's and I have to take Insulin on a daily basis.
I do come across alot of people living with diabetes which haven't had a diet or do exercises to reduce the sugars levels.
Exercise is perfect for daibetes as it burns energy and reduces sugars. It also with blood circulation. I am here to help people with illnesses such as daibetes or other serious health issues that can help with daily life.
