These Training platform are for my clients to work closely with them whether its 1 to 1 training or training online. l personally set workout plans and give advise on eating plans. My clients can upload photos to let me see progression and update measurements on a regularbasis.

1 to 1 training is the popular for beginners that are new to the gym. Mainly to learn how good techique form and focus. It's good to be pushed out of your comfort zone. Also to see progression and regress, so I can adapt your training.

Home workouts are popular nowadays with people being nervous going to the gym or they want to gain confidence before going to the gym.
Over 12 weeks the programme has plans broken down into 3 payments every 4 weeks.
l create a workout plan over 3 months which includes adapting on progress or regress, there will video chats included to update on technique how your liking the program.
